True Blood is one of my absolutely favorite shows, no sparkly, emo Vamps here, no sire, just the good ole fashioned blood n’ gore, life n’ death, sex n’ rock n’ roll Vampires for me. I’ve been loving those dark, evil, fun, sexy vamps long before it was cool…or rather uncool…

Anywho, this here is the one and only very large Viking Vampire Eric Northman, played by Alexander Skarsgard (Thank you Sweden ), a main character in True Blood. He never really crossed my radar until the episode where his maker “meets the sun“, my favorite so far, and what inspired this pastel There were some great moments, especially from Eric, some very sad, moving moments. I wanted to convey how I felt about those scenes, hence the blue color scheme, the delicate, softly falling flowers, and bright red tears Hey, I’ll admit it, I may have almost shed a tear or two - Salty water ones, not dark bloody ones like on the show
